  • Synopsis

    First, we’ll set up an online account for your specific government entity so you’ll be able to send us photos of the equipment, and define your department’s requirements. These definitions should include: absolute/reserve, secure-installation access protocols, load-out needs and deadlines, points-of-contact, and anything unique or specific to your mission.

    That’s it, you’re finished… we can handle everything else. We’ll provide you with a contract, inventory spreadsheet, and auction itinerary.

    Our company will process your images, populate the auction, update industry-specific descriptors, market & advertise the auction, vet registered bidders, manage bidding, collect payments, and arrange for load out. Load-out protocols, as designated by you, will be managed by your department, or by our professional transport officers.

    The auction will conclude, and your net proceeds (in accordance with your contract) will be dispersed to the designated department via direct deposit, wire-transfer, or Fed-Ex Priority Overnight.

  • Auction Options

    We’ll either host a stand-alone auction for your surplus assets disposition, or add it to an appropriate upcoming auction. This will be determined by:

    1) Your mission requirements

    2) Quantity of equipment

    3) Best recapture of government funds

    We also have customizable options available to you. Many of our clients choose to have the equipment remain at their facility until scheduled pickup by winning bidders via appointment (managed by the seller). However, if your mission is better suited to having our company manage and execute the entire process, those options are available as well (see below).

  • Option 1

    We handle everything.

    Perhaps your base or installation is a secure facility with limited access. Or perhaps your mission is better suited by not allocating the human resources necessary to the tasks described above.

    We can arrange for our dedicated transport officers to professionally remove the equipment for you, then transport it to our facility for processing and sale-by-auction. Our officers have already been vetted by D.O.D., or have the necessary credentials and government issued I.D. for installation access across the country.

    We will professionally remove and transport the equipment to our secure hangar facility at MRB Regional Airport/Shepherd Field Air National Guard Base, where we’ll immediately begin processing.

    Our team will download, perform functionality testing, clean, prep, and stage the equipment for photography, videography, and highly detailed, industry-specific descriptions… all of which are needed for effective auction marketing.

    We’ll then transport the items to the final auction location, where bidders will preview, and later pick up their items. Our personnel will be onsite with tools and equipment to assist with winning-bidder load-out/removal, and provide site security.

    Knowing our professionals and equipment will be onsite to assist with pickup/removal encourages higher bidder participation on larger items which are typically beyond the average bidder’s capabilities to safely handle. That’s just better business for everyone involved.

    As an added convenience to our bidders, we also offer palletization, shipping/freight, and local delivery options.

  • Option 2

    Your department will remove the equipment at your own pace, and store it in a connex or other facility at your location, designated by you. Items will be entered onto an inventory spreadsheet for tracking and accountability.

    When you’re ready, contact us. We’ll send our team to pick it up, and provide you with a contract, a detailed Bill-of-Lading, and an itinerary for your records. Then we’ll process the equipment and auction as specified in Option 1.
